Replacing your caulking joints in precast concrete or around windows is a necessary maintenance to keep the integrity of a building's exterior envelope intact and sealed from the elements. Caulking generally lasts around 20 to 30 years depending on the product and the amount of weather exposure it has received. Moisture commonly enters a building through leaky window gaskets. We can replace these with new wet sealing to protect and seal your moisture barrier.

Our process involves removing the old caulk from the joint or around the window casing, installing backing rod, if necessary, application of high performance sealants/caulk and then tooling for flush joints, resulting in a clean appearance.
